Pepperl+Fuchs Vertrieb Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Account Manager for the Vision Machine Technic (VMT) division in Birmingham, AL. You will drive growth with automotive manufacturers and manage key accounts across the Southeast U.S., leveraging turnkey vision and sensor solutions.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in industrial sales, and willingness to travel ~50%. A collaborative, fast-paced environment with competitive compensation and benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with sales in an industrial/controls environment.
• Experience with automobile manufacturers factory operations preferred.
• Flexible, self-motivated, likes to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time throughout the Southeastern U.S.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts within the territory.
• Develop new accounts within the territory.
• Present new product solutions to existing accounts and new markets.
• Learn new products and solutions as they become available.
• Report daily activities and maintain priority accounts in CRM.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare communications as needed.
• Interact professionally with staff and the general public.
• Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed.
