Job summary

You will engage C-level stakeholders, lead discovery calls, collaborate with pre-sales, and drive the full sales cycle—from demos to proposals and negotiations—while building a scalable, country-spanning pipeline and exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 in large outsourcing environments.
• Proven ability to identify and close multi-million dollar technology outsourcing deals.
• Experience selling to C-level stakeholders and developing sponsorship to drive deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage new potential customers in Digital Twin and AI solutions.
• Generate and qualify a strong pipeline through outreach, events, and research.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand manufacturing challenges and position offerings.
