Job summary

Motion Industries seeks an Account Specialist to drive revenue by generating new business and expanding existing accounts. You will partner with Account Representatives in an assigned territory to deliver deep knowledge of our product groups and educate customers through technical presentations.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to translate customer needs into customized quotes and solutions across power transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic products.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic and related products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
• Ability to influence customers while maintaining healthy relationships.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Increases revenue and profitability through new business and development of existing accounts.
• Interacts face-to-face with customers to build strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Understands complex customer requirements for customized quoting.
• Delivers sales presentations ensuring technical requirements are met.
• Provides technical support and coordinates vendor resources to support sales.
• Travels to customer sites as required.
