Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an Account Manager to develop new customer accounts, advise customers on service center capabilities, and introduce new services. You will cross-sell IPS product lines, with a focus on distribution and local motor and power management sales.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of selling experience in an industrial environment, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in selling, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Must maintain ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
• 4 year degree in Engineering or other technical applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a list of prospective customers with the business development team and determine sales strategy.
• Call on customers and follow up with visits and correspondence.
• Analyze customer requirements and coordinate proposals with technical specialists.
• Present proposals to customers and establish long-term relationships.
