Job summary

CRG Search is seeking an Account Manager to own multiple industrial house accounts and drive growth by expanding current business and identifying new opportunities. The role involves understanding customer-centric business dynamics and making sound commercial decisions to positively impact revenue, margins, and long-term relationships.

The position requires 3+ years in industrial sales, technical aptitude, and the ability to partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Industrial Sales experience in metals manufacturing or contract manufacturing
• Strong commercial judgment with pricing, cost, margin understanding
• Ability to work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations teams
• Technical aptitude to understand products, drawings, specifications and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Self-directed, proactive and highly accountable

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow several key relationships.
• Build relationships at multiple levels within assigned house account organizations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing business and develop new business.
• Present commercial recommendations and business cases to internal leadership.
• Partner with technical and manufacturing teams to understand customer requirements and solve problems.
• Monitor competitive activity, customer needs, and market opportunities.
