This role emphasizes ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to move quickly to keep our home services operations running smoothly. On-site position with potential peak-season overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, dispatch, call centers, scheduling or other fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer customers by phone, text, email, and web.
• Book service appointments and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate technician schedules and adjust the daily service board.
• Move appointments forward when earlier availability opens.
• Resolve scheduling and customer-service issues as they arise.
• Support technicians in the field and remove roadblocks.
• Follow up on unsold opportunities and unbooked calls.
• Make customer satisfaction calls after completed work.
• Help customers understand financing and payment options.
• Handle membership questions, renewals, and enrollments.
• Collect payments and assist with accounts receivable follow-up.
• Coordinate cancellations, warranties, callbacks, and service-recovery situations.
• Work with managers, field supervisors, technicians, and vendors.
• Keep customer information and documentation accurate.
• Request reviews from happy customers.
