Stine Seed Company in Colorado is seeking an Independent Sales Representative for Adams, Morgan, Weld and Arapahoe counties. You will serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand in your territory, building and maintaining grower relationships and driving seed sales.

The role offers flexibility to manage your territory with agronomic and sales support from the company. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in agronomy, crop production or seed sales, and strong communication and dealer development

Formación

• 3+ years of agriculture experience including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and strong negotiating skills.
• Experience in dealer development and retention.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned Colorado territory (Adams, Morgan, Weld, and Arapahoe).
• Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services in the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support in the territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and prospective buyers.
