Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Chester and Berks counties in Pennsylvania. You will act as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand, manage existing accounts, and recruit new customers to grow seed sales.

The role requires agronomy experience and strong communication and negotiation skills. You will work with Stine’s Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver top-tier sales support and customer service, with flexible territory management to maximize

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and strong negotiating abilities.
• Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory (Chester and Berks counties).
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to grow sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support and customer service.
