Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Stearns, Meeker, Kandiyohi, and Wright counties. You will grow sales by managing and recruiting accounts, and acting as the brand ambassador for Stine products in your territory.

The role emphasizes agronomic product knowledge, proven sales techniques, and the ability to work with minimal supervision to meet targets. Earn potential comes from commissions within a well-established territory.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Experience in dealer development and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers.
