Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commission Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder with a background in sales—particularly within oil & gas, energy, or industrial markets—who thrives in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients
  • Promote Basin Watch 24’s remote monitoring solutions to industry decision-makers
  • Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual client meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and customer relationships
  • Report regularly on sales progress and market trends to company leadership
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales (oil & gas or industrial technology sales strongly preferred)
  • Existing client network or connections in the Permian Basin is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with remote work and travel for local client visits
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and platforms
