Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter for this open position. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a passion for helping people with innovative solutions. A successful candidate is able to communicate effectively and build rapport easily with customers, utilizing their experience in customer service and sales. Candidates with proven leadership experience may be considered for promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as a point of contact between clients and the company
  2. Negotiate sales terms and close sales with customers
  3. Gather market and customer information to identify client needs
  4. Respond to client inquiries and resolve objections to facilitate sales
  5. Advise on product development improvements and discuss promotions
  6. Create proposal documents as part of the sales process
  7. Provide clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
