Job description

Overview:

As an Independent Sales Executive at Sailes, you will have the opportunity to sell cutting-edge AI solutions from anywhere. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to acquire new customers and manage the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing deals—leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your prospecting strategies alongside a Sailebot to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and align Sailes' solutions with client needs.
  • Present and demonstrate Sailes' tailored solutions to prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts ranging from five to high-six figures annually.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets while building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to improve Sailes' offerings.
  • Operate independently with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • Success in selling complex, disruptive solutions to mid-sized and enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to navigate sales cycles of 3-9 months with significant contract values.
  • Expertise in sales technology and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, translating abstract value into tangible outcomes.
  • Proven pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with independence and results-driven approach.
  • Preferred: Proximity to NYC for occasional in-person meetings.

This is a 1099 contract position with flexible working arrangements, high ownership, and performance-based compensation, offering unlimited earning potential with a top-tier commission rate.
