Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers to build and own their book of business.

Run your operation remotely on a P&L basis, with uncapped commissions and full administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate.

Develop referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners, close loans across borrower types, and stay compliant with lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing and referrals.
• Close loans and meet targets on a monthly basis.
• Operate remotely on a P&L basis with corporate support.
