Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC seeks an entrepreneurial Loan Officer to run their own business remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella. The role offers uncapped commissions, access to loan products for all borrower types, and the option to add teammates or operate solo.

Licensed LO with strong relationship-building skills will leverage referrals from Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners. Corporate provides administrative, operational, and compliance support to help you scale.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities
