Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes. The role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for PTA professionals seeking work-life balance or additional income.

You will assist with exercises, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers on home programs, documenting visits promptly to support patient independence.

Qualifications

• Texas PTA license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
