Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a licensed PTA to provide one-on-one physical therapy services in patients' homes, with a flexible PRN schedule designed for balance and supplemental income. You’ll help patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized in-home care.

Responsibilities include treating patients under a PT's direction, guiding exercise programs, tracking progress, educating caregivers, and accurately documenting visits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
