Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, helping improve mobility and independence. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to build strong patient relationships while making a meaningful impact in home-based care.

You’ll work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, document visits, and use EMR systems like Kinnser or WellSky.

Qualifications

• PTA license in Texas is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
