Varco Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule, ideal for PTAs seeking work-life balance or additional income.

You will work under a Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility and independence. Responsibilities include guiding exercises, monitoring progress, educating families, and documenting visits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
