Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes. You will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility and independence with individualized exercises.

The role offers a flexible, self-managed schedule ideal for PTAs seeking work-life balance or supplemental income, with meaningful, patient-focused care and consistent patient volumes.

Formación

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
