Job summary

Preferred Reports is hiring experienced Personal Lines (Residential) Insurance Consultants to visit accounts and perform interior and/or exterior inspections with detailed photos and documentation. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with flat rate per inspection and weekly payments upon completion.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of loss control experience, own essential equipment, reliable transportation, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss control or property inspections preferred.
• Must have own equipment for on-site inspections (camera, computer, scanner).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent.
• Perform interior/exterior property inspections with photos and documentation.
• Identify hazards/controls and document findings.
• Upload reports through cloud-based system and complete required trainings.
• Maintain professional conduct and safety procedures.
