Job summary

Preferred Reports is seeking experienced Commercial & Personal Lines (Residential) Insurance Consultants to become approved vendors and conduct interior and/or exterior loss control inspections in a wide coverage area. This contract-based work pays per inspection, with weekly payments upon order completion.

You will need your own equipment, reliable transportation, and a cloud-based reporting system to submit detailed findings. No license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior/exterior residential loss control surveys is preferred.
• 3–5 years in Commercial Loss Control assignments.
• Must have a reliable car and access to high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email and/or phone calls.
• Complete physical inspections of properties as required by the carrier.
• Take clear digital photos of properties.
• Identify and document any hazards/controls that are found at the property.
• Complete on-site management interviews regarding the property, as required.
• Upload report/photos through a cloud-based system by the specified deadline.
