Job summary

Preferred Reports is seeking experienced Commercial and Personal Lines loss control consultants to conduct interior and exterior inspections as approved vendors. Independent contractor role with payments per inspection; work remotely within your coverage area, reporting through a cloud system.

Vendors must provide their own equipment, have reliable transportation, and be available for calls. A background check is required; bilingual is a plus, with strong organizational and time-management

Qualifications

• Experience completing interior/exterior loss control surveys and reports.
• Ability to meet hard due dates with minimal supervision.
• Own a computer, reliable internet, and transportation.
• Detail oriented, well organized, with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email or phone.
• Perform on-site physical inspections of properties as required.
• Capture clear digital photos of properties.
• Identify hazards/controls and document findings.
• Conduct on-site interviews and gather property data.
• Upload reports and photos through cloud system by deadline.
• Familiarize with client guidelines and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide high quality, professional inspection services.
