Preferred Reports is seeking experienced Personal Lines loss control inspectors to join our nationwide vendor network. You will conduct interior and exterior property inspections, document hazards, collect photos, and provide a detailed report through our cloud system.

No license required; great for independent contractors seeking flexible, weekly pay. You must own a computer, digital camera, measuring tools, reliable transport, and be prepared to cover a wide territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of interior/exterior residential loss control surveys and reports; 3–5 years in commercial loss control assignments.
• Ability to work quickly to meet hard due dates with minimum supervision.
• Own a computer with Windows 10 and high‑speed internet; be detail oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email/phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties as required by the carrier.
• Take clear digital photos of properties.
• Identify and document hazards/controls at the property.
• Complete on-site management interviews regarding the property.
• Upload report/photos through cloud-based system by the deadline.
