Job summary

Preferred Reports is seeking experienced Personal Lines (Residential) Insurance Loss Control Inspectors to conduct interior and/or exterior inspections. You will work as an approved vendor contracted to perform inspections across a coverage area, with reports returned through a cloud-based system.

This contract-based work pays per inspection, with fees set in advance and weekly payments upon satisfactory completion.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year experience completing interior/exterior residential loss control surveys and reports.
• 3–5 years experience in Commercial Loss Control assignments.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email/phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties as required by the carrier.
• Take clear digital photos of properties.
• Identify and document hazards/controls at the property.
• Complete on-site management interviews.
• Upload report/photos through cloud-based system by deadline.
