Preferred Reports seeks experienced Commercial and Personal Lines loss control consultants to join as independent contractors. You will conduct interior and exterior inspections, report findings, and be paid per inspection with weekly settlements.

No license is required; assignments are arranged by mutual agreement between inspector and property contact. You must provide a resume and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with interior/exterior loss control surveys for residential properties and 3–5 years in commercial loss control.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent by email/phone.
• Conduct on-site inspections of properties.
• Take clear digital photos of properties.
• Identify hazards/controls and document findings.
• Complete on-site management interviews when required.
• Upload reports/photos to cloud system by deadline.
