Zusammenfassung

Preferred Reports is seeking experienced Commercial & Personal Lines loss control consultants to conduct interior and exterior inspections as approved vendors. You will work independently, with inspections scheduled by mutual convenience with property contacts and reports uploaded to a cloud system.

Vendors provide their own equipment, travel within a wide territory, and receive weekly payments upon order completion. Background checks apply; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Preferably 1 year experience completing interior/exterior residential loss control surveys and reports & 3 to 5 years in Commercial Loss Control.
• Ability to meet hard due dates with minimal supervision.
• Must own a Windows 10 computer and reliable internet.
• Be detail oriented and well organized with a flexible schedule.
• Must have a reliable car to cover a wide territory on an as-needed basis.
• Must have a digital camera and measuring device for field work.
• Must have a camera pole up to 12 ft for PL work.

Aufgaben

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email and/or phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties as required by the carrier.
• Take clear digital photos of properties.
• Identify and document hazards/controls at the property.
• Complete on-site management interviews as required.
• Upload report/photos through a cloud-based system by the deadline.
