As a 1099 contractor, you work remotely, pricing, booking, tracking, and closing loads autonomously, with back-office support and insurance provided. No training, no territory conflicts—just freedom to run your business your way from anywhere

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow your existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
