4Leaf Services is a brand-new, agile freight brokerage offering Independent Agents the freedom to run their business their way. You will operate as a cradle-to-grave operator with full authority, insurance, and back-office support handled by you.

Must have an active direct shipper book and a proven track record, either 6+ months as a 1099 freight agent or 2+ years in freight brokerage sales and carrier dispatch.

Qualifications

• Must have an active direct shipper book ready day one.
• Minimum 6 months 1099 freight agent experience or 2+ years W-2 freight brokerage sales.
• No training provided; price, book, track, and close loads autonomously.
• Home office: reliable computer, dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage full load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, and documentation.
