BELTWAY OFFICE SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Copier Technician to install, maintain, and support Konica Minolta copiers at client sites. The role emphasizes reliable on-site service and customer satisfaction.

You will work independently, manage service updates, and handle firmware upgrades while ensuring timely resolutions. A valid driver's license and transportation are required, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Color MFP experience required or preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Konica Minolta experience preferred.
• Minimum copier/printer repair experience: 1 year preferred.
• Networking experience preferred is a plus.
• Ability to perform modifications, updates, and firmware upgrades.
• Punctual and reliable with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick resolution.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform routine maintenance, and support copiers.
• Work independently under minimal supervision at client sites.
• Perform modifications, updates and firmware upgrades on devices.
