Job summary
Noordyk Business Equipment LLC is seeking an Experienced Field Service Technician to troubleshoot and repair our office multifunction fleet. You will perform diagnostics on site, follow standard procedures, and ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional appearance.
Training is provided to expand Konica Minolta and other manufacturer expertise, with a daily service vehicle supplied. We offer a strong benefits package and opportunities for hands-on, computer-based training.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, parts books, and relevant publications.
- Technical and in-person customer relation skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
- Some heavy lifting required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting onsite at clients' locations.
- Follow company service call procedures to resolve issues.
- Interact with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor.
- Assist with delivery and installation of commercial copiers as needed.
