Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, install and test equipment, and deliver high-quality technical support with a customer-first approach.

Experience with Konica Minolta, HP, Sharp, or Canon is valued, but training is available for strong technicians from other industries. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing office technology equipment is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt across multiple brands and systems.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities for copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support during onsite visits.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair updates clearly.
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently.
• Work independently while staying connected to a service team.
• Continue expanding knowledge of office technology and manufacturer procedures.
