Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer sites. You’ll perform preventive maintenance and on-site testing while delivering strong customer service and clear communication.

Preferred experience with Konica Minolta, HP, Sharp, or Canon products; training is available for strong troubleshooters from related fields. Training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with office technology equipment preferred, especially copiers/printers.
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on mechanical skills.
• Willingness to learn manufacturer service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer sites.
• Provide excellent customer service and on-site technical support.
• Maintain service records and communicate repair updates clearly.
• Manage territory and service schedule efficiently.
• Work independently with support from the service team.
• Continue developing knowledge of office technology and procedures.
