Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking an Experienced Field Copier/Printer Technician to service Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp and other office devices. You’ll work independently within your own territory, diagnosing and repairing copiers and printers while delivering reliable customer service.

The role offers ongoing manufacturer training, a company vehicle, competitive pay, and clear paths to senior technical or management tracks.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Kyocera, HP, Lexmark, Xerox, or similar office equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic networking and computer knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service territory.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Manufacturer certifications are a plus but are not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair copiers, printers, production devices, and related office equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and networking issues.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, reliable service.
• Manage your daily schedule, service calls, and parts inventory efficiently.
• Work closely with our experienced service team to resolve challenging issues.
