Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an energetic Direct Sales Representative to roam your designated territory, meeting business owners and decision-makers with engaging presentations and supplemental insurance products.

You will train in a virtual classroom plus hands-on field practice, manage your own book of business, and earn weekly draw pay with bonuses and commissions. A strong independent work ethic and excellent people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients in need of re-service.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Set follow-up appointments and coordinate with your sales manager.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Manage your own scheduled hours and report them weekly.
