Altitude Group in Lexington, SC is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to grow our local business network, meet with owners and managers, and present our supplemental insurance products.

You will manage your own territory, schedule, and client meetings, delivering compelling presentations, overcoming objections, and building lasting relationships while earning commissions and performance bonuses.

Competenze

• External sales experience or a background in presenting to groups is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in a field environment.

Mansioni

• Travel within assigned territory to meet with clients and present our products.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospective and current clients.
• Drive sales by identifying needs and offering appropriate supplemental insurance options.
• Maintain a book of business and hit monthly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set and achieve goals.
