Qualifications

• Ability to coach and develop frontline teams.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and develop associates to deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Open and close the store and manage floor coverage.
• Address guest feedback and escalations, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Partner with Store Manager on planning, merchandising, and staffing.
