Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on lease agreements, drive payment collections, and renewals, and ensure customer satisfaction with products. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership.

Your role includes updating accounts, contacting customers who haven’t renewed, and supporting revenue and renewal targets, with typical duties in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask and perform all store functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts and document payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements by in-home visits or phone.
• Promote timely lease renewal payments and benefits to customers.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
