Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach our customers on lease benefits and ensure satisfaction. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership, handle account maintenance, and support renewal activities.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and the ability to multitask across calls, visits, and administrative tasks, with incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with ability to multitask in store setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits or phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Help set and achieve daily, weekly, monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
