Job summary

Aaron’s in Orangeburg, SC is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers on lease renewals and payments, building relationships over the phone and in person. You will help customers understand lease benefits and move them toward ownership while meeting performance targets with incentive pay.

Responsibilities include updating account information, contacting customers who have not renewed, and supporting the sales team to reach daily and monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Valid state driver’s license and willingness to drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts in store system and document payments.
• Direct contact with customers not renewing leases, in person or by phone.
• Encourage timely lease renewals and explain benefits to customers.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Support with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise in QA Center.
• Maintain weekly vehicle and route sheets daily.
• Load and secure product in company vehicle and operate it safely.
• Assist Sales Team as needed and perform duties requested by management.
