Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor in Spartanburg, SC. You will build relationships with customers by phone and in-person to drive payment collections and lease renewals, helping customers move closer to ownership.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication and strong multitasking as you maintain accounts, schedule payments, support the sales team, and protect company assets while supporting the Aaron’s brand.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Contact customers with non-renewed leases via in-home visits and phone calls.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewals to customers.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and inspect merchandise for customers.
