Zusammenfassung

Galderma is seeking a Senior Manager of Incentive Compensation in Miami, FL with a strong track record in designing and administering sales incentive plans. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal to deliver motivating, fiscally responsible programs that drive commercial excellence.

The candidate will manage plans end-to-end, develop accrual forecasts, and communicate designs clearly across stakeholders while navigating a matrix environment and maintaining a 10% travel

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field is required.
• 8+ years of Commercial Operations experience in a corporate environment is required.
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred (manufacturing or consulting).
• Strong expertise in Incentive Compensation design and administration.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills with PowerBI/Tableau experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and administration of sales incentive compensation plans.
• Identify process improvements, system automation, and data enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal to align plans.
• Develop monthly accrual forecasts to align compensation with budgets.
• Communicate plan designs clearly to maximize understanding and engagement.
• Complete administrative tasks such as roster maintenance and payroll files.
• Maintain IC calendar with timely deliverables.
• Travel up to 10% for regional and national meetings.
