Galderma Laboratories LP is seeking a Senior Manager of Incentive Compensation in a hybrid role based in Boston, MA. The position leads design and administration of incentive plans for US Market units, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal to ensure motivating, fiscally responsible programs.

You will develop reporting, build accrual forecasts, and drive process improvements while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative or business field.
• 8+ years of Commercial Operations progressive experience in a corporate environment.
• Direct pharmaceutical manufacturer/consultant/vendor experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharma markets (dermatology) preferred.
• Expertise in Incentive Compensation domain and ability to drive complex issues in a changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and ongoing administration of incentive compensation plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal to build effective plans.
• Develop reporting and tracking for stakeholders and accrual forecasts for budgets.
• Identify process improvements, system automation and data enhancements.
• Travel up to 10% for regional and national meetings.
