Job summary

Galderma seeks a Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation to design and administer incentive plans for the US Market. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal to create motivating and fiscally responsible programs.

You will lead analytics, reporting, and accrual forecasting while ensuring timely plan communications and ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work in Boston or Miami with 8+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field is required.
• 8+ years of Commercial Operations progressive experience in a corporate environment is required.
• Direct pharmaceutical manufacturer and/or pharmaceutical consultant/vendor experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharma markets (dermatology) is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and on-going administration of sales incentive compensation plans.
• Develop and maintain reporting and tracking for stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and data enhancements based on performance feedback.
• Develop accrual forecasts to align compensation plans with budgets.
• Coordinate roster maintenance, PO generation, and payroll file management.
• Ensure compliance with quarterly IC calendar and deadlines.
