Job summary

Galderma, a leader in dermatology, is seeking a Senior Director of Incentive Compensation in Boston, MA. The role leads the IC team, designs and administers incentive plans across injectable aesthetics, dermatological skincare, and therapeutic dermatology units, and partners with sales leadership to optimize pay-for-performance programs.

The ideal candidate brings 14+ years in Commercial Operations within pharma, a track record of process improvements, and strong analytical and leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the IC team and design/ administer incentive plans for multiple business units.
Advise on best-in-class pharma compensation practices.
Analyze plan changes and partner with sales on evolution as products mature.
Identify tool enhancements and automate data processes.
Set fair market opportunity measures for sales territories.
Communicate quarterly accrual forecasts to leadership.
Ensure clear plan communication and robust IC reporting.
Maintain quarterly IC calendar and compliance.
