Job summary

Galderma in Orange County, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation to lead the design and administration of US incentive plans within the Commercial Excellence IC team. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal to build motivating, compliant programs that align with fiscal targets.

You will drive analytics, reporting, and accrual forecasting while ensuring timely communications and project execution across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative or business-related field.
• 8+ years of commercial operations experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or vendors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and ongoing administration of sales incentive compensation plans.
• Identify process improvements and data enhancements for IC performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal on IC programs.
• Develop monthly accrual forecasts and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Communicate plan designs clearly to maximize understanding and engagement.
• Handle administrative tasks: roster maintenance, PO generation, payroll files.
