Job summary

Levata is seeking an Inbound Technical Specialist to support customers via calls, email, and chat, recommending products, generating quotes, and guiding orders to completion. You will drive revenue by turning inquiries into opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Office skills, a tech mindset, and at least one year in sales or customer service; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Excellent communication - outgoing, well-spoken and polished individual.
• Bachelor's preferred, and at least one year of customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Making technology-related product recommendations and providing quotes.
• Fielding incoming calls from new or existing customers regarding products.
• Intake of inbound leads through calls, emails, and chat regarding our products and sales orders; following up on quotes and customer inquiries.
• Overseeing the order process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accomplish individual and team goals measured by activity and gross profit sales.
