Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, inbound sales, or customer-facing sales experience.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals in a phone-based sales environment.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform to manage customer interactions and sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, IVR, and web submissions.
• Qualify customers and recommend solutions that fit their needs.
• Convert opportunities across move-in/out, provider switches, and new residential customers.
• Guide customers through the sales process and aim for first-call resolutions.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor performance metrics.
