Job summary

D & D gas is seeking a dynamic inside sales representative to convert inbound inquiries into customers for residential services. You will be the first point of contact, guiding prospects, and building trust over the phone and web.

You will use Salesforce to track interactions, meet revenue targets, and coordinate with local teams to schedule visits and installations. This role offers $24 hourly plus commission, with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations with accuracy and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via IVR, phone, and web submissions.
• Qualify customers and propose best-fit solutions.
• Guide prospects through the sales process toward first-call close.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and pipeline hygiene.
• Coordinate with service teams to schedule visits and installations.
• Achieve individual conversion and revenue targets.
