D & D Gas is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales professional to convert inbound inquiries into customers, guiding them from first contact to signed agreement. You’ll manage local region activities, coordinate with service teams for installations, and stay current on offerings and promotions.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, living up to revenue targets, and maintaining CRM accuracy. Pay is $24 hourly plus commission, with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• 2+ years of inside or inbound sales experience.
• Proven success meeting sales targets in a phone-based sales environment.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.

• Respond to inbound inquiries via IVR, phone, and web.
• Qualify customers and recommend solutions that fit their needs.
• Convert opportunities across move-in/move-out, provider switches, and residential customers.
• Guide customers through the sales process and pursue first-call resolutions.
