Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Call Center or Inside Sales experience highly desired.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Coachable and can easily take direction.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external business partners.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound prospect calls and inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Qualify customers/prospects; conduct market research and surveys to gather insights.
• Listen to customers, identify needs and challenges, and understand requirements.
• Deliver effective sales pitches and scripts tailored to customer needs to convert leads.
• Provide detailed information about solutions and products/services and address inquiries.
• Document customer details and lead progress in the CRM system.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Aim to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
